Some people may get refunds for the unnecessary repairs made.
I have always been proud to take the ethical stance of never making unnecessary or fake repairs to anyone ever. Not to say there has never been a mistake, but intentional misinformation would make me feel like like a crook. Office Depot and Office Max stores have taken this to a hole new level.
